Dr Avigdor (Victor) Fishman specializes in providing comprehensive Gastroenterology Care – prevention, diagnosis and treatment of digestive disorders,  in a warm and caring outpatient setting.

Dr. Fishman is a US and Israel Board Certified Gastroenterologist. He received his BA at Yeshiva University, followed by Medical School at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York.  He completed his Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology  at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia.

In Israel, Dr Fishman has a GI practice with offices in both Jerusalem and Modiin.  Dr Fishman is the Medical Director of the Gastroenterology Center at Assuta Jerusalem. He is a Member of the Israeli Gastroenterology Association Committee for Care within the Community.

Dr Fishman offers a consultation in a comfortable environment where he believes in carefully listening to the patient and providing an individualized treatment plan.

Dr. Fishman provides Integrative Digestive Health and Wellness Care. When needed, he works closely with a GI Dietician and Psychologist.  Together, this integrative biopsychological approach has been shown to be highly effective and optimizes digestive wellness.
